| I just want to jot you a note to thank you for your expert help in finding my new house. I gave you an almost impossible task: Find me a house in a week or less ... during the holidays.
If you recall, I was in a panic, but during our first meeting, you calmed me and helped me approach the process in an analytical way. During our first meeting, you asked just the right questions to help me focus and prioritize the features and location I wanted. All the listings we toured together were perfect. As I told you, I could have lived in any one of them. Also, I always felt as though I were your only client, even though I knew that wasn't the case. The thing I appreciated the most during our time together was your knowledge of the real estate market and your ability to see down the road. You were able to give me a realistic list of the pros and cons of each property, and you definitely spotted both good and bad aspects I never would have noticed. For example, when I was vacillating between two houses in the same neighborhood, you pointed out some drawbacks of one property, and I was glad I listened to you. While you didn't try to dissuade me from buying it, you helped me estimate how much more I would have to put onto it and whether I would be able to recoup that investment. Almost three months later, that place still has not sold, and every time I walk past it, I am reminded of how lucky I was to have your counsel. | As a military family, it was just three months ago we lived in South Korea. With virtually no notice, we received word that we were moving to Louisville, KY and because of Keith’s great website we were able to shop for our house and research the home-buying experience from 9000 miles away. Once we moved we had little time to find a home before starting duty, but Keith was absolutely a dedicated professional--helping us shop through the holiday season to find what we now consider the “perfect house.”
Upon finding the house, Keith conducted honest and courteous negotiations to determine the best price, and more than once, sacrificed time with his family to help ours. With his trusted network of business friends and colleagues, we really came to understand how important it is to have an experienced agent. And, as first time home buyers, we certainly appreciated that Keith has the heart of a teacher and not the heart of a salesman. | Relocating to Louisville was one of the biggest challenges we had ever undertaken. We moved from Canada to the United States with a 3-year old son and a dog. We knew little about Kentucky and next to nothing about Louisville. Keith, from the very beginning, was the spokesperson for the City of Louisville, our first friend here, and most importantly, a true professional.
He listened to our requirements and showed us homes that precisely matched our needs. He was prompt with his searchs and always armed with Up-to-date information. Even though we had a tight schedule and a time constraint of just 4 days to find a home, Keith was eager to help and worked with us intensively. He patiently answered our many questions (and our son's) and guided us through the whole process. | I originally worked with Keith several years ago when I was left behind to sell the house of a roommate who moved out of town. I was pretty much on my own and completely ignorant of the process and the work involved. Keith was incredibly helpful, and in my opinion went well beyond the call of duty. The property was in poor repair, and there were many things I did not know how to do. Keith spent quite a bit of time helping me get the property in shape to sell. I was particularly impressed because the house was very small and inexpensive, so his commission wasn't much, but I feel I received the same attention he would have given someone with an expensive home.
When I was finally ready to buy a home, I tracked down Keith, and he has been equally helpful this time around. I didn't know the first thing about financing, so he helped me understand how it worked and helped me find resources. I was determined to find something older, but in great shape and remodeled, in the Highlands, St. Matthews or Frankfort Avenue area, but my maximum price was lower than what you would typically find in these parameters. This wasn't easy. Apparently, the homes in these areas in my price range are a hot commodity, many of them selling within the first couple of hours after being listed. This meant we had to get to them immediately, but not get carried away. We looked for months, I was picky and emotional, and he was patient and gave me his honest opinion; even when it meant he could have had otherwise had a quick sale. | Even though we’ve verbally thanked you many times, we wanted to thank you in writing for assisting us in finding our new home here in Louisville, KY. Referred to you by our Remax realtor in FL, we were told that you were just the guy to assist us with our relocation to KY. She was right! | Having relocated four times in the past four years, I am looking for a Realtor that listens to my needs and delivers on time. I usually have a brief window in which to house-hunt so I only want to see communities and homes that fall within specific parameters.
